Job Description
The Executive – R&D (Wet Processing) plays a crucial role in overseeing wet processing activities within the Research and Development department. Responsibilities include lab testing, quality evaluation, and material movement, requiring expertise in machinery and dyestuffs.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in lab testing and inspection processes.
- Handle materials movement on the wet processing floor with traceability.
- Conduct quality evaluations for fabric developments.
- Manage data effectively and communicate with internal teams.
- Engage in innovation for dyestuffs and processes.
Education/Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of dyestuffs and wet processing chemicals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and strong interpersonal skills.
