Job Description
Position Summary:
The Service Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality customer support through on-site services, product commissioning, maintenance, repair, and training. This full-time role involves inter-state and occasional overseas travel.
Key responsibilities:
– Service management and optimization
– Service partner management
– Field service operations oversight
– Compliance with local work health and safety requirements
– Record maintenance and coordination with business divisions
Education & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering
– 3+ years’ experience in service within renewable energy or power electronics
– 2+ years’ hands-on Solar PV experience
Skills:
– Commitment and responsiveness
– Leadership and teamwork
– Technical understanding of energy systems and PV Inverters
– Project management in an international setting
– Excellent English communication; Chinese language skills a plus
