The Operations Manager for the Online Travel Agency (OTA) is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of the company’s online travel services. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the OTA platform, managing customer interactions, optimizing processes, and coordinating with various teams to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing the booking process, collaborating with IT for platform functionality, and analyzing performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
