Overview:
As a Marketing Lead at DST ENGINEERS, you’ll spearhead our marketing strategy, overseeing campaigns, budgets, and team performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying current on industry trends are key to driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, print, event, and social media campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and communications.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently for maximum ROI.

Job Specifications:
