Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at our Karachi Division. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve any questions or concerns they may have.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using customer support software
- Fluent in English
- Experience in customer support services is mandatory
- Must have experience in working with US clients and US market
