Work Together is looking for a Chief Operating Officer in a well-reputed chain of fuel stations in an Oil Marketing Company located in Bahria Town Rawalpindi. The candidate must have similar work experience with an OMC in the past.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Manager in an Oil Marketing Company, located in Rawalpindi. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the oil marketing operations in the assigned region. Your duties include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, monitoring market trends, analyzing competition, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will also be accountable for achieving sales targets, cultivating strong customer relationships, and driving business growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the oil marketing industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the oil marketing industry and market trends
- Ability to analyze competition and develop effective marketing strategies
- Sound understanding of industry regulations and compliance
