Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mobile developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android and iOS applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on best practices for mobile app development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and design mobile applications using Java, Kotlin, and relevant frameworks.
- Oversee the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Ensure coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that promotes continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a mobile app development lead.
- Proficiency in Android and iOS development using Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with backend development using frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and Agile skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
