Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Learning & OD Officer to join our team. As a Learning & OD Officer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and organizational development programs.
Your main duties will include conducting training needs assessments, developing learning strategies, and evaluating training effectiveness. You will also be involved in organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
