Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in customer service and support, allowing the intern to gain valuable skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s brand, customer base, product goals, and service aspects.
- Rotate through various divisions of responsibility, providing innovative ideas to enhance business operations.
- Engage with customers or clients, delivering exceptional service and support, and potentially contributing to sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learn and become proficient in using internal software systems.
- Assist in creating and analyzing performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Retention program efforts and contribute to Upgrades/SaaS conversion initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating various communication initiatives, both internal and external, to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements & Skills:
- Fresh Graduates
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven customer support experience or a track record of exceeding goals is a plus
