Job Description
Position Outline:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while also championing a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit criteria.
- Develop and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to measure and improve employee satisfaction and morale.
- Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Manage & Participate in Recruitment Drive, Job Fair, Hackathon, Code Guru and etc.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- 07 to 09 years of core experience with IT Background Only in Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software/tools
