Job Description
The QA Manager will oversee the quality assurance process for all products, ensuring highest standards before market release. Responsibilities include managing QA team, addressing quality issues, and preparing performance reports.
- Acquire knowledge of projects, guide operational needs, and lead QA team for improvement.
- Implement corrective measures, prepare reports, and possess excellent leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in Web APIs, mobile, backend testing automation, and non-functional testing.
- Hands-on API and backend system testing using tools like POSTMAN and Selenium.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, collaborate with developers, and stay updated on testing tools.
- Proficient in project management, QA methodology, and possess strong documentation skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical, and strong organizational skills.
