Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager Fertilizer located in Karachi. As a Sales Manager Fertilizer, you will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing of fertilizer products by conducting customer research, leading a sales team, setting sales targets, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. The role will also involve preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and making recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing of fertilizer products.
- Experience in managing a team is desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent In Punjabi
