Job Description

Role Description:
We are seeking full-time Technical Support Executives to join our team in Lahore. As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues and delivering top-notch technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Provide timely and effective support via email, chat, and phone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Technical support expertise in a similar role.
- Strong English language proficiency (both verbal and written).
Preferred:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
