Job Description

ChatPandas is a global omni-channel support provider, offering exceptional customer support across various platforms and channels.

Role Description:

We are seeking full-time Technical Support Executives to join our team in Lahore. As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues and delivering top-notch technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Provide timely and effective support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Technical support expertise in a similar role.
  • Strong English language proficiency (both verbal and written).

Preferred:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
