Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Technical Support Executives located in Lahore.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot customer issues
- Excellent customer service and customer support skills
- Technical support expertise
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong English language skills (both verbal and written)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
