Job Description:

  • Responds promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolves complaints to ensure satisfaction and positive relationships.
  • Proactively seeks feedback to assess and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates across departments to address concerns and improve processes.
  • Maintains accurate interaction records for analysis and reporting.
  • Handles delegated tasks with adaptability and solution-oriented approach.
  • Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls simultaneously.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
