Job Description
This position is responsible for setting and achieving bank-wide compliance objectives, assessment, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. The role includes conducting compliance training for staff.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute compliance awareness campaigns across the bank functions.
- Ensure incorporation of Bank Policies and Procedures in training contents.
- Follow up with trainees for 100% attendance on Compliance training.
- Analyze testing results and report findings to management.
- Organize learning days on compliance issues in coordination with HR.
- Utilize Transaction Monitoring system and compliance procedures for AML & CFT responsibilities.
- Provide summary data on suspicious transactions for further analysis and reporting.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
