Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Explore new opportunities for the sale of Admixtures to a diverse range of industries.
2. Nurture new leads, ensuring maximum conversion.
3. Build and maintain client relationships for retention and upselling.
4. Conduct market research on size, competitors, and prices.
5. Collaborate with the supply team to optimize demand forecasts and supplies.
6. Handle client issues with professionalism and empathy, exceeding expectations.
7. Manage data entry into CRM for effective customer information tracking.
8. Execute sales orders promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
2. 5-6 years’ experience in admixtures sales.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrated presentation abilities.
