Job Description
Role: Team Lead Supplier Relations
Location: Remote
Job Summary: As the Team Lead Supplier Relations at Leverify, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and optimizing sourcing strategies. Key duties include supplier collaboration, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate supplier relationships for favorable terms.
- Conduct thorough research for sourcing opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts to optimize pricing and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and supplier developments.
- Prepare reports on supplier performance and strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in procurement or supplier relations.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
