Hurak is a leading EdTech company that provides online and classroom-based compliance training in the UK. We are expanding globally and currently seeking an Operation Assistant.
Position Title: Operation Assistant
Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore
Job Type: On-Site
Responsibilities:
- Handle Queries, Requests, and Complaints from customers tactfully.
- Follow standard processes for providing solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure end-to-end resolution.
- Achieve superior customer engagement and experience improvement.
- Overcome objections and handle customer pushback effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in English skills, both writing and verbal
- 1+ year of experience, Freshers can apply
- Positive can-do attitude
