Job Description
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B. Com/BBA (Finance)/ ACCA/ICMA (Fundamentals)
- Experience: Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in factory audits which include process audits of CMT, stock count audits (raw material, work in process, and finished goods).
- Perform factory process monitoring of daily logs (In/Out), cash count, gate pass audits, stock movement.
- Check records i.e. to ensure data is timely and accurately incorporated into systems.
- Perform stock counts in retail outlets to identify shortages if any and conduct periodic stock reconciliation.
- Monitor and verify fixed assets.
- Perform compliance audit of SOPs at retail outlets and prepare reports related to any discrepancies observed.
- Conduct cash count audits.
- Support team in the completion of scheduled audits.
- Any other tasks assigned by the team.
