Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Construction Manager to join our team and oversee the successful completion of construction projects.
Job Description:
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Oversee all aspects of Construction Projects
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Procure materials and equipment
- Conduct site inspections for quality control
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- 7 years of experience in construction management
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Understanding of building codes and safety standards
