Position: Learning and Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- The candidate will lead the L&D business operation.
- Develop eLearning and in-class programs.
- Plan and manage strategic objectives for L&D.
- Manage ongoing productivity against all L&D programs.
- Plan networking and engagement events.
- Stakeholder management and goal locking with L&D roadmap.
- Conduct quarterly TNA’s with automated dashboards.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in business, psychology, education, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in training and development in a large and complex business.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven analytical skills.
