Job Description
TopSpot is seeking a passionate Operations Executive with at least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a US-based IT, BPO & Call Center industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing operations strategies and ensuring the company meets its targets efficiently.
- Collaborate with Managers to develop operational strategies.
- Assist in multitasking to support daily operations.
- Directly manage workplace operations and oversee organizational processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with management to devise efficient operational strategies.
- Assisting in long-term goal planning.
- Managing commercial operations and budgets.
- Monitoring performance metrics of teams locally and in the US.
- Assigning tasks and compiling daily reports.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Leadership skills and proficiency in CRMs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
