Position to be filled: Country Managing Director
Key functions of the position :
- Reports to Dubaï Regional Office
- In charge of all the activities of the maritime agency in Pakistan
- Be a driving force in the organizational and digitalization transformation of the Group
- Develop commercial, logistics, financial and operational activities
- Ensure unity and enliven all the teams
- Set all the objectives to achieve Regional Office & Headquarter strategy
- Ensure respect of procedures & rules of the Group
- Be Ambassador of the Group (local authorities, providers…) and market the agency to the internal stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
- Leadership, strong charisma
- Diversity promoter & modern thinker
- Post graduated level diploma (+ 5 years) in Business Management, Commercial or Logistics
- 10 years of professional experience in Shipping or FreightForward, either in Head Office or in Agency
- Autonomous & organized
- Creative & team spirit
- Strong entrepreneurial skills
- Operational attitude: hands-on, problem-solver
- Perfect fluency Urdu & English
Status, localization, compensation:
- Local contract, based in Karachi, frequent travels the zone
- Gross package to be defined according to profile and experience
