Job Description
- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
- Answer questions from CSEs & Supervisors, provide guidance and feedback
- Anticipate escalation, take over calls when needed
- Devise ways to optimize procedures, keep staff motivated
- Measure performance with key metrics like CSAT/NPS, AHT, QA
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, etc.
- Keep management informed on issues
- Prepare monthly/annual results, performance reports
- Manage projects, meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, MS Office, HRIS proficiency
Experience: 1-2 years in Supervisory Role in Customer Services/Contact Center/Call Center.
Skills required: organizational, leadership, people management, knowledge in CSAT/NPS, AHT, QA.
