Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at iZ Square located in Rawalpindi. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with customers, troubleshooting problems, and providing prompt and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Willing to work in Night shift.
