Job Description
- Have good references and sources in the US market.
- Generating leads through networking, attending industry events, and cold calling.
- Researching industries and identifying potential client companies in the US.
- Analyzing market trends to discover new business opportunities in recruitment.
- Understanding client needs and challenges related to recruitment.
- Presenting recruitment solutions that address those challenges.
- Negotiating and closing contracts with new clients.
