Job Description
BH Group seeks an enthusiastic and well-informed individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist for our cutting-edge solar configuration and simulation software. As part of this position, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assisting users in utilizing the platform effectively and enhancing their solar design experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and guide users towards solutions.
- Explain complex features and functionality clearly and concisely.
- Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain feedback documentation.
- Stay updated on product updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience with renewable energy software or related technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
