Responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager:
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with strategic categories for growth
- Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan through Sales KPIs
- Provide inspirational leadership and motivation to the team
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing for Category development
- Manage annual budgets and build a talent pipeline
What we are looking for:
- 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm and energy to drive results
