Job Description
Aims Technologies is Pakistan’s leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, specializing in flexible and high-quality customer support outsourcing solutions.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Executive located in Islamabad. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and managing IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Troubleshooting, technical support, and network administration skills
- Strong knowledge of information technology and IT operations
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Relevant certifications and Bachelor’s degree in IT
Requirements: 1-year experience in Call center IT Department, BS in Information Technology.
Salary Package: 50k-70k. Timings: 3PM-12AM (Evening shift). Location: Islamabad.
