Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Assistant Merchandiser to organize development through production according to clients’ quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Track fabric from yarn to finished product
- Coordinate with fabric vendors for timely delivery and quality
- Understand client design requirements
- Coordinate sampling as per client needs
- Source necessary accessories
- Determine raw materials for production
- Monitor projects to meet deadlines and budget
Skills and Qualifications:
- Flexible and problem-solving mindset
- Desire to learn and innovate
- Read and interpret product requirements accurately
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous merchandising experience is a bonus
