Job Description
- Coordinate all administrative functions of the remote blood pressure monitoring program with stakeholders.
- Implement workflows and templates for specific billing codes.
- Generate enrollment, patient compliance, and billing reports.
- Conduct program audits and suggest improvements.
- Manage patient reminders through various channels.
- Perform tasks assigned by the program manager.
