Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative YouTube Channel Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of our YouTube channel. You will work closely with the YouTuber to manage and expand our digital presence, ensuring that our content is engaging, our community is thriving, and our brand partnerships are fruitful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including content scheduling, quality control, and analytics monitoring.
- Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our community presence across platforms, including Discord and social media. Engage with followers, moderate discussions, and foster a positive community environment.
- Social Media Management: Handle posting and strategy for associated social media accounts. Create cohesive and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and channel themes.
- Brand Partnership Management: Seek out and manage brand deals and collaborations. Coordinate with brands to create mutually beneficial partnerships and sponsored content.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of TikTok videos and other content that complements our YouTube channel. Bring creativity and innovation to content creation processes.
- Idea Generation and Research: Conduct research to identify trends and generate fresh, compelling video ideas. Stay ahead of industry developments to keep our content relevant and exciting.
- Newsletter Management: Create and distribute a regular newsletter to keep our audience informed and engaged with our latest content and updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
