Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee stock replenishment for warehouses in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
- Manage order processing and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Resolve customer claims efficiently and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate warehouse activities to optimize stock movement and storage.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts.
- Record and update data related to stock levels, orders, and claims using various platforms.
- Facilitate Logistics movement between warehouses.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Review and verify 3PL invoices and their contents.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to optimize supply chain processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of international experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
