Job Description
Position Title: Talent Acquisition Trainee
Type: Contractual
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, documentation, offer management, and onboarding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source applicants through online platforms.
- Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain detailed recruitment documentation.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Rewards Team on candidate offers.
- Ensure completion of pre-employment medical assessments.
- Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
- Update hiring tracker regularly.
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ Talent Acquisition experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related Field(s)
- Excellent communication skills
