Job Description
Symmetry Group, a digital technology company, seeks an IT Support Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise and effective communication skills.
- Perform troubleshooting using various diagnostic techniques
- Resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Maintain technical documentation
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Monitor and maintain computer systems
- Provide technical support and user account management
- Recommend measures for productivity improvement
- Handle daily department complaints
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in IT or related field
- Proficiency in computer systems and mobile devices
- Hands-on experience in resolving technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: Market Competitive
Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, Location: DHA Phase VII Ext., Karachi, Pakistan
