Job Description
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage integrated PPC campaigns on multiple digital channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, and YouTube, to generate leads.
- Manage the CRM database and ensure leads are forwarded to the sales team.
- Manage and timely update website content, coordinating with outsourced content writers and developers.
- Support in the creation of print marketing collateral as per requirements of the sales team, coordinating with in-house, as well as outsourced graphic designers.
- Develop breakthrough insights and translate them into concrete actionable recommendations for customer engagement and product improvement.
- Help prepare the monthly content calendar and ensure its timely completion.
- Set up an email marketing framework to capture and nurture leads, as well as clients.
- Monitor and report on ROI and KPIs.
- Manage Search engine optimization of the website.
- On-field marketing.
Qualifications:
- Passion for what you do.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience working in an in-house B2B marketing team (Paint) or an agency. Must have achieved demonstrable results.
- Full working understanding of Facebook ads and strategies related to targeting, audience creation, audience testing, scaling, etc.
- Good understanding of SEO.
- Experience with e-mail marketing automation.
- Flawless English writing skills.
