Job Description
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and conducting other finance-related tasks. They should be excellent at recording data and have the ability to produce clear financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of the company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of US-based bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with data entry of Payroll and Tax is a big plus
- Intermediate qualified / B Com is a plus
- Work days: Mon-Friday
- Time Zone: CST (8 pm-5 am / 9 pm-6 am PK Time)
- English Speaking Level Required: Basic for query handling and gathering essential information required to do the job
