Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for Quality Improvement and Performance Management (QIPS). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the QIPS Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance quality and performance across the organization.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and benchmarks
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with various departments to drive quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in regular meetings and provide recommendations for process enhancements
