Job Description
The role of a Client Manager involves being the primary point of contact between our company and our clients. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Understanding and addressing client needs and concerns
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for business growth within existing clients
- Providing regular updates and reports to clients
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer focus. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in client management or a similar role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
