Job Description
Principle Accountabilities
- Responsible for creating purchase orders in coordination with Sr. Manager Tea Supply Chain Operations and uploading the related contracts into the system for Tea Buying.
- Coordinate with banks and maintain bank details into the system for LC/NCADs opening.
- Coordinate with Tea Suppliers and Vendors to receive shipping documents and maintain/update the relevant record into the system and update inbound deliveries.
- Coordinate with relevant team tea lab and ensure on-time approvals updates into the system.
- Make coordination with the Treasury Department and update payment details into the system.
- Responsible to maintain record Online & Physical and ensure its accuracy.
Job Specifications Experience and Qualification
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- MBA/BBA preferably in Supply Chain.
