Job Description
The role is for a Construction Site, and preference will be given to individuals with experience in managing administrative activities on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall administrative activities.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations, including maintenance of office, accommodations, and Mess.
- Manage maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, including electrical items.
- Prepare purchase orders & keep track of procurement and supplies.
- Manage mess supplies and ensure timely meals for staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygienic conditions of offices, mess, and accommodations.
- Arrange accommodation for new employees.
- Take daily attendance and report to head office.
- Handle hiring requirements and employment forms.
Qualifications:
- BA / BSc
- 5-10 years of experience
