Job Description
Role Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business units to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and quarterly forecasted hiring needs.
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with business leaders and provide HR advice where necessary
- Engage closely with business unit heads and employees to manage the complete employee journey, offering support from onboarding to departure.
- Help and guide employees related to company policies and SOPs.
- Work closely with Business Units and employees to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
- Assist in performance appraisal and organizational development-related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of dynamic and proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and business units.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
