HR – Experience in the International Call Center.
Air-Line Ticketing Services – International Campaign
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Call Center Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
- Attention to detail and good judgment
- Females are encouraged to apply
The ideal candidate must have experience in Call Center Human Resources. Responsibilities include partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintaining and enhancing human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new hires
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
