Job Description
Education: Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science with a focus on program/project management or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and adjust Agile project plans for precise tracking of timelines and deliverables.
- Guide and support the development team, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Ensure thorough documentation of project artifacts like user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Report progress and address issues to the Steering Committee, ensuring effective communication.
- Assist in resource allocation and management, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Assist in implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Liaise with senior management and project governance authorities.
- Identify improvement opportunities in project management cycle.
Desired Competencies:
- Proven track record in successful software project delivery, with strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Expertise in delivering websites, applications, and solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including ClickUp.
