Job Description
As a Team Lead, your role is to manage incoming leads, qualify leads, conduct product demos, and oversee the Customer Support Officers team for an ongoing campaign.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clients’ concerns and adjust services/products to meet their needs
- Resolve issues on clients’ sites and collaborate with other departments
- Identify new business opportunities through monitoring marketing channels
- Maintain client relationships, provide support, and recommend new opportunities
- Ensure high-performing customer service
- Monitor performance, analyze reports, and develop improvement plans
Education and Experience:
- Graduation Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3-4 Years overall experience with 1-2 years managing a Customer Support team
- Strong networking, communication, and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented with business acumen
