Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques like job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to find qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment:
• Review resumes and cover letters to identify candidates with the necessary skills and experience.
• Conduct phone or video interviews to assess a candidate’s qualifications.
• Pre-screen candidates before sending them to hiring managers for further interviews.
• Set up interviews between the employer and the potential candidate
• Maintain compliance with US employment laws and regulations.
• Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruitment for the US healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and employment laws.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and current hiring trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
