Educational Qualifications:
BBA, MBA, B.com, BA, MA, or any other relevant field
* 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Advanced MS Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Proactive personality
- Analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist recruiter to source candidates and update our database
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Employee File Maintenance
- Employee Contracts Maintenance
- Other HR-related tasks
