Job Description
JazzCash is currently looking for an experienced Expert User Research professional to join our team. As an Expert User Researcher, your primary responsibility will be conducting comprehensive user research and analysis to shape the development of our digital financial services platform.
In this role, you will be in charge of designing and executing various user research studies, including but not limited to user interviews, usability testing, and surveys. The insights you gather will offer valuable information about user behavior, preferences, and needs, which will help inform product design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and developers, will be crucial as you drive user-centric design and development processes. Effectively communicating research findings to stakeholders and providing actionable solutions are also part of your responsibilities.
To excel in this position, you must have a strong background in user research methodologies and tools. Furthermore, you should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of transforming research findings into actionable insights.
