Job Description
Jumppace is looking for an HR Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile HR data from various sources
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Generate reports and presentations for key stakeholders
- Assist in developing HR strategies based on data-driven insights
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Proven experience in HR analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset
- Night Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM
